We have now wrapped up our leading Bible camps overseas this summer. We sent our team off in a taxi at 3:45 a.m. this morning! They will all have almost 24 hours of travel to do in order to get home. Pray for safe travels for them.
Our kids behavior definitely took a twist last week. It was almost as if they woke up one morning and things were totally different. Thank you for all of your prayers and for those of you who took time to write us e-mails with encouragement! You are treasured and appreciated more than you know!
We will definitely be returning home this summer TIRED! This year our leading teams and travel was a whirl wind and much more exhausting than expected. Not exhausting in a bad way, just in the sense of a lot to take care of!
We stayed in Budapest one day longer than the team to be able to gather ourselves and get our kids ready for the big day of travel. We spent some time with John's parents this morning and walked around for a little while. It has been nice to just do nothing but with the anticipation of crossing the ocean tomorrow there is a part that takes away from the relaxation, ha ha.
We will leave Budapest at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow and fly to Munich. We have a 1 hour lay over and will then fly to Chicago which is a 9 hour flight. We will stay in Chicago for a few days which is where we will drop our Niece off.
We have enjoyed being overseas again this summer and have truly learned many new things that we hope to share with you as soon as we can gather our thoughts and process what we have seen, heard and been a part of!
We are so grateful and thankful for the MANY of you who have faithfully financially supported us for the last 5 years of traveling for the Bible Camps. God has used your obedience to support us in MANY MANY MANY ways. We could never fully express or fully show how your enabling us to come as short term missionaries has produced fruit in the lives of hundreds of people through out Europe!!
We are equally thankful for those of you who have faithfully prayed for us. With out your prayers how can we bear fruit? How can we fight the good fight and stay strong till the end with out you? We can't, and for that we tip our hats to you!
We will be sharing at church on Sunday August 4th and we will have a night where we invite people to come listen to us for a longer period of time sometime in August. We will share more as that date gets closer!
